WR, let me try another way to get the point through.

We were told many, many times how the Iraq War was contributing to the deficit. Hence, the savings from "not going to war" should have gone toward reducing the deficit.

Therefore, you cannot claim that your solar tax credits came from "savings from the Iraq War," because that was already used to reduce the deficit.

Oh wait, the deficit didn't go down as a result of us getting out of Iraq? I guess the Democrats lied about the war contributing to the deficit because without it, they would have thought of ways to spend that money anyway, just like they are now.

Either way, your solar tax credits were NOT paid for by getting out of Iraq. They're being paid for the old-fashioned way: by printing money.
