Stephen: I look for either GTW or MUEI or both to be bought up over the next year, possibly by CPQ...

MUEI looks pretty cheap here.

I don't know too much about GTW other than they are saturating all local media around here with a mega-ad campaign and I know several people who just bought or are planning to buy GTW computers for Christmas (they have a local Gateway Country Store here also).

Mark.

Hi Stephen. Just getting back to SI after spending morning competng with other driven holiday shoppers battling for the right to own 2 pairs of Donna Karen socks and a giant fuzzy thing which looks like a dirty rag with gold paint on it but isn't and is supposed to be a replacement for a star on the top of the tree. Empties? Somebody better be counting mine tonight because I won't be able to. Guess I'll buy more cpq monday whether it goes down more or not. Looks like cpq could get going again what with all the posts I've read since yesterday. What a market Friday. A lot of short interest could be good for a pop. Hope cpq stays away from gateway like it was the plague. Can't think why they would want to spend more now when the split will be dilutional as is.
