Dear Customers,

Today we had technical difficulties with our NASDAQ order processing. One of our most important systems was malfunctioning and we experienced problems handling orders while it was being repaired. This downtime lasted approximately two hours over the course of the day. This caused delays to the orders that you sent us. While our systems were down, we endeavored to fill your orders manually as fast as possible. The fact that this problem happened on such an active day in the market was an unfortunate coincidence.

At Datek Online, there is an incredible amount of enthusiasm and energy in our offices. Among every one who works here, our number one priority is to satisfy our customers. When something like this happens we at Datek Online take it very personally. We are sincerely sorry for what happened and we will redouble our efforts to make sure that we never have another day like this one.
