This link is about MSFT case with DOJ, so if not interested don't go there. I posted it as I hope MSFT gets its ass whipped for want of better words (and I can't spell comuppance?)

This is a textbook case of breach of contract, specific performance, interference with contractual/business contract and with the recent investment by Microsoft and the [contemporaneous] breach of contract this case becomes that much more damaging [and textbook], in our opinion, in re: alleged: antitrust, restraint of trade, unfair competition. SoftQuad will win and Lernout Hauspie will settle as early as possible if they possess any intelligence as almost certain follow-on [class-action] suit(s) enjoining Microsoft et al could/would bury LHSPF.

We also would hire the same New York firm, specifically, David Boies, the DOJ announced late last night, and will encourage it ref/ biz.yahoo.com
