I'm dealing with TigerDirect's customer service now and although I think it can be worked out, the frustration level is unacceptable. On the other side of the spectrum, Amazon has been very good and as mentioned before Newegg has been good as well. On one occasion, Newegg even went as far as replacing a package that was stolen from my porch after UPS delivered it. If they hadn't replaced the package that would have been a reasonable position, but I had a history with them and a problem delivery occurred and they made it good. I was impressed.

It would have been easier to just get a charge back from your credit card company and let them straighten it out with Tigerdirect.
