dssi is in play, take a look at the 13 d filing. dssi coulg give its 3250000 shares of tsemf to dssi shereholders tax fee in march. at thes prices thats 5 dlollers alone in dssi stock, you would get the rest of the company for free. or they will just sell tsemf. their are a lot big shareholders in dssi, fidelity own 6%, capital technology5%, dimenion funds5%, hedge fund that filed 6%, and you have some other big investers in the stock. something will give and dssi stock will have its day. anyway it will be interesting in the next two weeks
