Ken, granted this was not a wholesale house cleaning, but the market reacted very favorably on a rather ugly day, up over 10% in less than an hour of trading. I view it as a positive step in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in a day :-) Based on my conversation with Walt the other day, they may not "get it yet", but at least now they are aware of the "it" exist. It was my impression that this as rocked S3 ivory tower.

PS. I received an unsolicited phone call from one of the law firms who are involved in the suit. Not only did they know of my ownership of S3, they also seemed they knew of my history of involvement in SI-S3. I found this very odd. Well they must be desperate, they told me if I wanted to be selected as a lead plaintiff they would pay my expenses out to the west coast for a deposition.

Ken,

Well, at least it's a start albeit overdue.

Johnson has been swept aside no matter what the demotion says. Next step is through the door for the incompetent young mate. As far as Dado and Gary it's now all gambits to CYA.

It's still a mess to be sorted. I'm not looking for a major move other than on my date tonight.

Onward,

George
