I strongly disagree. This is not good news but just another slow, painful nail in the coffin. Delaying the inevitable simply means that the downward angle on the chart is 30 deg. instead of 45.

ARCCELL is now off the market, and Judge Whyte ordered CDN to examine the AQUARIUS source and determine if it conatins any stolen code. CDN has already publicly stated that AQUARIUS is simply ARCCELL renamed. What do you think they're going to tell the Judge at the next hearing?

It astonishes me that people continue to hope against hope that AVNT will rise from the ashes. Perhaps they've forgotten that the executives still face crimianl charges and were led away in handcuffs from their own offices. BTW, the next 10-Q (if we get to that point) is
going to be ghastly.

I guess sometimes longs must keep throwing themselves into the fire. On the other hand, I could say the same about myself and my biggest screwup for 1997 - YHOO ; )

I continue to remain short on AVNT. I haven't covered a single share since the low 30's, and I will short more on any upticks.
