<Would you make the same argument in the automobile industry if one company controlled 90+% of the industry and the only competition's cars only worked on half of the roads because of proprietary road-to-car interfaces that MSFT designed and controlled?> This is not an accurate analogy. You knwo as well as everybody else on this rather technologically educated thread that there are a plethora of OSs availble in a varietly of price ranges and functionalities. So, there are plenty of road available for any car you pick. Do not get mad if nobody buys your cousin's car:-)
