Love it! You seem to like to post inferences and then claim ignorance when questioned. Are you sure you're not my ex in disguise? :)
You suggested it was advantageous for AE to stay running this company as, "Aubrey paid a fraction of a cent per share. Meanwhile, he's getting a large salary, and travel expenses, etc." I was simply stating that your logic escapes myself. If AE wanted the cash, he could have sold his shares at $4, made 4x his yearly salary in investments on the interest alone and started a new company. Obviously he didn't sell at $4 for a reason and it will be interesting to see his reasoning.
I still like the comparison between the two companies when it comes to executive compensation since that was your point about AE. Supposedly, according to Chief, it's higher in the other company because they're working so hard. ZEN pays their CFO 12k per year, but the other company pays their CFO 120k. How can a CFO work 10x harder than another? Are they filling out 40 quarterly reports and 10 year end reports? lol It seems a bit excessive in comparison.
