I became a new investor in JMAR on 12/19 with 5,000 shares @ $3.00. My investment was based upon management's presentation in New York this week and subsequent research. The presentation package should provide an excellent update for those who are curious. Call them. The Swiss Investor short position was not discussed. Can you point me to some clear thinking on this issue? I am accumulating stock, particularly tech sector stock, during what I believe is indiscriminate tax loss selling, all for the long term.
