Earth -
All valid points, and noone will be able to introduce fundamental negatives because there aren't any at this point. It's blatantly obvious that someone(s) wanted EFII before Monday. The pop of appx. 1/2 point after 3:00, in conjunction with the spread tight at 1/16, (it was 3/16 and 1/8 for a large part of the day) shows that the MM's still had more buys at the table. Perhaps EFII is going to show its lawsuit oppostion that a buyback program is indicative of management being behind the company. I think you will see follow up Monday and Tuesday with a range between 14 1/2 and 15 1/2, and Wednesday, a historical good day for the market, has the potential for 5% - 7%, or another 1/2 to 3/4 point.

Remember, EFII is not the only company facing shareholder attacks - the shareholders should actually be after the funds who already awarded their 1997 employee bonuses, and now beat prices down to set up a lower base for their '98 performance. Nice business, eh?
