I think a bigger priority is to eat more healthy. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, etc. Less sugar, of course. I'm a recovering Coke addict, if you know what I mean. Of course...it's all part of the trend. I am also very aware of humane treatment of animals and companies (Chipotle for example) are beginning to respond to this awareness. It's not all about me or you...the treatment of farmed animals is deplorable and shameful....unworthy of folks with a conscience. Al
