God creates evil regardless of Human free will...

I will explain to you in this way. If one views our Creator as such and as a loving parent there is a certain outlook, a reasoning, that go along with this view.
The reason for God to have been referred to as the Creator of evil or calamity is that God rightly brought "evil or calamity" upon Adam for his disobedience. His enforcing the penalty of death, the penalty for sin, has proved to be an evil, or a calamity for mankind. But, evil is not always synonymous with wrong doing.
Examples of evils created by Yahweh/Jehovah are the Flood, the Ten Plagues--but these evils are not wrong. Rather, the rightful administration of justice was involved in both cases.
However, at times God, in his mercy has refrained from bringing the intended "evil or calamity" in execution of his righteous judgement because of repentance. Jonah 3:10 states: When God saw their deeds, that they turned from their wicked way, then God relented concerning the calamity which He had declared He would bring upon them. And He did not do it"
And too, Ezekiel 33: 11 brings out that God has undeservedly provided opportunities to the practicers of bad to change their course and to keep living.
