Give Bobby a break. He wants to be president. The best way to do that would to show how Republican principles and theories of governance can turn a state into a utopia. The problem, though is Republican ideas and theories don't work, have never worked and result in chaos. So in state after state where these experiments have been run, the state finances crater, the infrastructure falls apart and the state economy tanks. Chaos ensues. Just as predicted.

Every.

Time.

Now, the reality-based would start to wonder if, maybe, just maybe, they are doing something wrong. For the faith-based it is the fault of someone else. George Soros is the usual suspect. Maybe illegal immigrants. Teacher's unions. They are definitely undermining the state. Groups from outside the state. Climate scientists.
