Gerald, I agree with you. Powerful and rich MSFT never lie. No one has proved that MSFT ever lied.

<This is over the line. Say what you want about morals in business and do what you want out in the market place, but you don't lie to the Court and you don't lie to the United States of America. It's unamerican and it will get you in BIG trouble, far bigger trouble than it's worth.>

What are you talking about Gerry? I never said MSFT lied in Court. But I will say that the Courts in the U.S. are full of liars. That is the primary reason why most contestants end up thier in the first place. All of the trials are not full of honest people who are telling the truth all of the time and just happen to have a disagreement. Disagreements usually stem form competition, which tends to get dirty (read dishonest). If you have not noticed, I know more than the average layman about U.S. law, this is not a good thing, for I am not a lawyer. The reason is because I have spent more than my fair share of time wasting my money with the judicial system. Right or wrong plays much less a role in the outcome than you may be leading people to think. I would much rather be a rich man who is guilty than a poor man who is innocent.

To attempt to attach a human trait to a corporate entity is down right silly. People can be good or bad, corporations can not, period.
