Gary or anyone,

I bought IOM 12/18 and 12/19.

Company news states the 2 for 1 split is to be effected as a 100% stock dividend. The dividend will be distributed on or about Dec 22, 1997 to stockholders of record on Dec 1, 1997.

Since I bought after Dec 1, what happens to my shares on or about Dec 22, 1997? Will they split or not?

That means Cabletron good acquire Ascend and I think we both know that ain't happening.
