Look at Europe as Europe and the US as the US...

From your chart not counting Norway, Finland, and Israel as part of Europe... It's ridiculous to take one incident (in Norway) where 77 people were slaughtered and normalize that to it's population and then compare it to the US with 38 incidents... Six of those nations only had one incident... So take Europe as a nation and compare to the USA....

Total Population:

Europe.......285, 659,000
USA...........315,000,000

Rampage shooting fatalities:

Europe..................76
USA.....................237

Rampage shooting incidents:

Europe...................12
USA........................38
