Bob, "I just read your post. The Jewish religion seems to have many sects that don't always agree. Sort of like what has happened to Christianity." All divisions of modern Judaism are unified as one antchirst force under the authority of the Babylonian Talmud. The rejection and hatred of Jesus (God) is the glue that binds them all together. The different flavors of modern Judaism are all equally antichrist and serve only to hold in bondage the deceived Jewish people. All major sects of modern Judaism support antichrist Zionism. There is no division on essential matters such as the hatred and rejection of Jesus. Modern Judaism as a whole is a religion of death because they reject the only source of life, Jesus. To compare Christianity with Talmudic Judaism is to somehow given them a common denominator. No such commonality exists. Modern Judaism is based on a rejection and hatred of God and His source of salvation, but Christianity is based on an acceptance and love of God and His source of salvation. Jesus has put an unbridgable chasm between the philosopy of death called modern Judaism and the religion of Life which is Christianity. Hi Bob,(This is from Nancy) The Lord says that the Old Covenant will not be obsolete until Heaven and Earth pass away.If you are basing the destruction of the Temple in 70 ad as the time that the Mosaic law was disolved, then how would you explain the time between the first Temple and the second. There were no organized sacrifices but we see Daniel praying 3 times a day in place of the required sacrifice times. This was accepted by God for Daniel was highly esteemed.Did Judaism cease to exist during this time? The law of Messiah is a fullfilment of the Mosaic law Matthew 5:17-19 with a perfect sacrifice forever. Romans 11 says that, they(Israel) are enemies of the Gospel on YOUR ACCOUNT, so boasting about there seperation from their Messiah is not a wise choice.Gods gift and call are irrevocable!!!! Bob, have to tell you that I read a book which I will not give place to satan by naming as it was such a brilliant and highly -financed job that frankly I sat stunned like the guy in the Old Testament by the River Chedar just staring into space at what we were up against. The extent of wickedness in high places, and the availablility of monies to finance it. Anyway, this book masterfully proved to me that if the Ark was anywhere, it is indeed in Etheopia. However, the real message of the book was satan was using this overly brilliant and ingenious historical study to trash Jesus Christ, much like the Mysteries of the Bible, an incessant satanic harangue, week after week after week, with endless studies of ever aspect of Jesus' life, and you THINK it is out of love for him, but if you watch it it is like a lot of tiny little rats eating away at faith with lots of little human rats speaking against everything Jesus did as "commentary" and disproving the Bible from every humanist worldly mind trick they can. So did this major large selling book, which as I said was such a brilliant work I was stunned by it for months. So, I will not recommend the book, but it convinced me that probably it was not melted down by a pagan leader after all, and probably was taken to Etheopia. Anyway, I like to think so. Doubt it is buried under the temple. Too pat, and too easy to find with technology don't you think? Just curious about it.

These genealogical records had been the sacred records that maintained the authenticity of the priesthoods as well as the authenticity of who was a biological Israelite. 5. The sacrifices for sins. Only the God ordained hereditary Levitical Priests could offer sacrifices for sins. Since there no longer exists a valid and God ordained Old Covenant priesthood, how will they reinstitute sacrifices for sins. 6. Finally, how will they reintitute a legitimate heir to the throne of David. There are simply no hereditary or genealogical human heirs to the throne of David. ------------------------- The only way antichirst modern Judaism will ever reestablish these things is by creating forgeries, a field in which they excel. The Babylonian Captivity, the regathering of Israel and Restoration of the Temple under Ezra and Nehemiah, and the advent of the the Messiah Jesus Christ fulfilled the many prophecies concerning the coming of the Messiah and the regathering of Israel and Judah from their Babylonian and Assyrian captivities. The profound misuderstandings and distortions about Old Testament prophecies are anchored in a misunderstanding of the New Covenant established on Jesus's Blood. When Christ shed His Blood and died on Calvary, and when He was later Raised from the dead, He created the New Covenant man--a totally new creation--a second adam. St. Peter tells us that this new creation is: "a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculair people;that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hat called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:"1Pet. 2:9 God had forewarned the people of Israel about both the Babylonian captivity and the Assyrian Captivity. Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and the minor Prophets clearly showed the reasons for the Babylonian and the restoration that was to occur 70 years later. Isaiah prophecied about the Assyrian captivity and the full restoration and fulfillment in Christ Jesus. These prophecies were all written before the Restoration under Ezra and Nehemiah and before the advent and sacrifice of Jesus. During the Babylonian Captivity, God had moved on Nebuchadnezzar and his heirs to preserve the Temple furniture and serving vessels, the Ark of the Covenant, the genealogical tables, etc. in Babylon until the Restoration. The Restoration of the Temple and the regathering of Israel and Judah Ezra and Nehemiah had a clear and unambigious basis in the Word of God. After the conquest of Babylon by Cyrus of Persia, and after the repentance of the Israelites in captivity under the spiritual leadership of Daniel, God moved on the heart of Cyrus the Great to order Nehemiah to rebuild the Temple and regather the Tribes of Israel. When Ezra and Nehemiah regathered the 12 tribes of Israel, rebuilt the Temple, and restored the legitimate hereditary throne of David, they had established the prophetic conditions necessary for the advent of the Messiah. Appox. 500 years later the glory of Israel came in the form of Jesus Christ's crucifixion for the sins of mankind. Through the Crucifixion and Resurrection, Christ became High Priest, Kind and eternal advocate for His people Israel. The remnanat of True Israelites accepted their King and High Priest and 'those who said they were Jews but never worshipped God in their hearts became the Synagogue of Satan.' The Christian Jews who accepted Jesus formed the first souls in the New Creation under the New Covenant. This New Creation under the New Covenant became known as the Christian Church--the Body of Christ. The antichirst Jews, those who rejected their Messiah, forged a new and false religion and culture known as Talmudic Judaism. This is the origin of the antichirst modern Judaims we see in the world today. The religion of Talmudic Judaism is a religion of darkness and death. Modern Judaism and Talmudic Judaism are synonymous. To accept the teachings of modern Judaism, one must reject Jesus Christ as the Messiah. Jesus Christ and modern antichrist Judaism do not mix.
