Radar:

Please explain to me how executing an order is "frontrunning." When a customer wishes to either buy or sell a stock, would you expect a dealer to simply buy or sell the entire block at once, into or out of the dealer's inventory? Large orders in the OTC market are almost always "worked" by dealers...customers do not pay a "commission." Your last post shows a surprising lack of saavy about the way orders are executed in the OTC market...how about some thoughts about my question regarding pre-buying of POW's from some other 56 veterans?
