But as you move from .35um to .25um (for example), only 4 of the 15 exposures
need the new DUV scanner ... the other 11 exposures can use the .35um
steppers!! Much of the equipment between .35um and .25um is common and
the same. My estimates/experience is that about 85% of the equipment used
at .35um can be used at .25um. That's why my comments about AMD getting
out of .35um K6's as soon as possible. No need to lose anymore money ??!!
