Thats where you are wrong.
There was no misleading in the NR. Duncan has a written quote from a 3rd Party. He submitted the NR to a Group within the establishment for approval. They approved it, he released it. Now they want to make up rules or change thier minds

Help me out here, by using the words "estimate" and "long-term pricing" how did ZEN managed to "avoid any misinterpretation as to the value of graphite mineralization that may be hosted on the company's mineral property" (as per CCB clarification).

It certainly didn't stop TaKeNotes and Mark from misleading the ZEN crowd with fantastic NPVs and IRRs.
