I have Scottsdale, and yes BB's cannot be done over the net, however, if you have a "safekeeping account" you get additional 10% off of the $35 plus 2.5% charge. Additionally, if you do that trade over the phone you get another 10% off of that. The thing I like about them is I can buy BB's with no money in my account, and sell BB's when the cert is still in my hand. The normal 3-day settlement applies. This is not the case with most other brokers.

Anyone know the record date for distribution of shares from spun-off companies? Will the shares be distributed only to holders of EUTO preferred stock, or to holders of common stock as well?
