rtl^: I have looked at GNT and it is a very different situation, it has no resenblance to CTYS, they just sold a $.5 billion issue without a hitch and with a tripple A rating. I think the decline is due to a change in the interest rate (curve flattning), and they may have some narrowing of margins in the future for that reason. However, I think this marging comp[ression will be amply copmensated by their tremendous growth. There might be some additional weakness in the near future, but this would be due mostly to the market falling in general. It might be interesting to see how the recent low hold on another assault. If it does, this might actually be an interesting find (next June, maybe?) Zeev
