Fixing this problem should be good for Copper.

Insufficient on-grid capacity hinders development of PV power generation in China
Nuying Huang, Taipei; Adam Hwang, DIGITIMES [Monday 27 July 2015]
.
While the establishment of PV power-generating stations in China is increasing fast, connecting these stations to local power grids and distributing generated electricity to end users is progressing at a significantly insufficient rate, according to the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA).
The largest insufficiency in on-grid capacity is in Gansu Province, northern China, CPIA said. PV power-generating stations with total installation capacity of 663MWp have been set up in Dunghuang, Gansu, but the local power grid has the capacity to absorb only 24% of the generated electricity, CPIA indicated. In addition, there are PV power-generating stations with total installation of 507MWp approved to be established in Dunhuang.
On-grid capacity in Xinjiang, north western China, is about 40% short to absorb PV-generated electricity, and in Golmud, Qinghai Province in western China, the deficit is as high as 70%, CPIA said.

I posted 4-new AAII sentiment Charts:
It is amazing how quickly the bears came out of the woods... so to speak... with just a small pullback.

It looks like bear hunters had their weapons at the ready just above the 200-day MA.

Now lets see what happens here at the 50....

Is this for real or is it fake news?

Will she hand out MAM black hats and scarves?

I'm pretty tolerant of any religion but I draw a line at knocking on my door asking me to convert or even worse, changing our laws to reflect their values... I think I'll have to buy some pork ribs this weekend....
