Charters - You're wandering again.
Your number and facts don't quite jive on your proposition, and watch the legalities.
Your offering alone here, will get you into trouble with every securities commishion in Canada. You are in simple terms making a "public offering" to more than 50 parties. You won't br staying public with all these shareholders.
The amount of money you are talking about investing does not allow you to qualify under any exemptions wich means and offering memorandum will be necessary. Legal costs of at least $20k to the company.
Your "flow-through" shares if in Ontario will have a minimum 18 month hold period so no quick exit. Obviously no exit to get out and then reinvest.
Just what is the cuurent price range of the company's shares you are looking at dealing with?
Have you ever co-ordinated a funding before by chance?
I think letter writing may treat you a fair bit better at this time.
