AXC has been in litigation with Mitsubisi, won, then lost the case due to legal technicalities. They are spending alot on this litigation. Keepered media was what made the stock go to 15 at one time, but the technology appearantly is not going to sell at this time. I owned it at 6 sold at 11, then bought again at 6 and sold at 4. Never thought it would get this low. I do believe it has the potential to jump fast, Has alot of royalties coming in. Company has been around for many years, originally started by Dolby. I think. If they do win the case in 1998, may help with other patent infringements. Keepered technology or media seems to have went by the wayside for now. Read the latest 10Q. I do beleive this is any easy double at this price, next year. Mike
