Regarding the rate ruling, I think it is now up to Congress to pass a bill, since the courts have already ruled. There is support in Congress to lower the rates, or at least make them equal for satellite and the cable guys. Since there has been some news recently about the big increases in cable TV rates this year I suspect the satellite industry will get some help from Congress. I hope you are right about the big partner signing on soon. I wonder if the lawsuits with News Corp. will hinder this from happening? FB
