those black girls want a baby, it's a cultural thing. When they don't have one other black girls keep asking them. I have two 25 year old black women in my office, both with masters both with 8 year old kids, no fathers. These are smart women. They all want kids but no dad. It has become a cultural thing it's ok (infact it's the thing) to have a kid when you are a teenager. goes back to the welfare thing in the past, they all know how much you get per kid.
