Good afternoon Paul,

Thank you very much for that article. About Bandashus, I think that he is long gone. Different strokes for different folks.

I hope that you are enjoying this lovely holiday season. Merry Christmas.

Have a good week-end. GO INTEL

Warm regards,
Margaret

Paul, OTOT re the Albanian diet, that sounds exactly like what my parents (Italian) have always eaten. Not a lot of meat, but much fruit and veggies. Spaghetti sauce is mostly tomato, also. About the olive oil, my father puts it on baked potatoes instead of butter. Also, red wine, but only 1 to 1-1/2 glasses at lunch and dinner. He said that in Italy, his parents started to give him wine at the age of two (small quantities).<g> My father is 87, mother 83 (knock wood), one grandfather lived to be 99 and his wife 88.

Now, why don't I take after these folks?

Anybody seen Dennis?

Happy New Year,

Tony
