You won? Because, like the father of a 9 year old, you say so? It is a logical fallacy to claim, because jobs were created (while others are destroyed), that investors are the causation of jobs. I guess you would also have to say they are the cause of unemployment too. And don't forget morality and values. For an example, the history baseball owners (investors) shows that they fought NOT pay "market value" to players. Ask the MLBPA about that one, or look at historic player-owner battles. And note how and why the players won -- and contracts and conditions went up DESPITE the investors. Also see my note about team dance squads below. Job creation, job destruction and unemployment is part of a process with multiple public and private stakeholders. This is not to say investors aren't important - only that they are not as uniquely heroic as conservatives want to believe - its PR hype in the echo-machine - primarily for their class and tax advantage lobby aimed at local, state, and federal government vs. justice and minimizing the non-productive wealth gap for American working people. You need to spend more time investing and less listening to Rush, or MLM hype. Investors invest to achieve ROI. American jobs are secondary, and obviously reported as a cost. Paying customers and growth are the goal. Although there are a tiny amount of altruistic or socialist-rooted businesses and non-profits. I-node, I declare that I win. Bring on the USC cheerleaders, no make that the Raiderettes No not really... I don't write for my ego or a sense of saying my thoughts make me superior to you or anyone else. _______________________ BTW finally making minimum wage or better after winning a lawsuit.
