Dave's just angry. As a conservative, he's fought his entire life to stop the future, and failed, over and over. Now. he's near the end, and the future just keeps on happening.

You won? Because, like the father of a 9 year old, you say so?

His tribe is very prone to declaring victory and going home. Despite the fact that their argument is lying in the dust, shot full of holes and bleeding out. For the same reason, they will never admit they were wrong about something, despite a mountain of proof. They just make some shit up and keep on going.

> It is a logical fallacy to claim, because jobs were created (while others are destroyed), that investors are the causation of jobs.

I have never made that claim.

I have claimed, correctly, that it is the ACT OF PRODUCTION which causes economic growth. No economic growth was EVER caused by consumption.

You cannot grow an economy without innovation which implies investment. It simply cannot be done. Never has.

In fact, the reason we are in such a difficult economic situation today is that we have pursued anti-growth policy for the last 7 years which has tamped down any meaningful economic recovery. Only economic growth will get us out of the mess we're in and the policy of the Left has been to kill growth. Just as you did in the 1930s. We need to stop and begin pursuing pro-growth economic policy.
