I see no difference in pinout or connectors...just the newegg product is 5' in length and the other is 6'...

***BUT*** but I don't see how either will work....

HDMI is a digital interface and VGA is analog. I do not see a converter in line in the cable to convert HDMI to VGA...

There are many cautions on the web about these so called cables and the ability of them to work...

One has chokes on it, it will be better for interference.
