Thanks for all the great posts.I don't get why you will short instead of puts.It seems like puts really capatalize.Could you explain?Also do you like MOT,AOL,and CSCO for puts or shorting?GD

Earlie, I feel the GTW takeover talk is utter nonsense and we are all aware of the issues of margin pressure and saturation but do you think there is anyone dumb enough to buy GTW with all the obvious and irrefutable deterioration in the PC business? Thanks Mike

earlie, please elaborate. i had this discussion with a friend this past weekend. what guarantees that puts get paid? does sipc?
