Our tax reform should be about the volumes of loopholes for the organized wealthy - local, state and federal. That would include reforms for ballot initiatives processes which have become the $$ arse from which the shit is dispensed in states like mine. BTW, I am delighted to hear you are not a dittohead. I suspect Hillary or Biden would be much like Obama in policies. I support Sanders but would vote for Clinton if the choice was vs. ANY one of the front-running Republican boobs. Walker, Bush, Trump or Dr. Carson. Warmongers, climate deniers, fatcat loving, too much "christian" religiosity for me as shown on citizen LGBTQ issues. And the Planned Parenthood attacks are pure Taliban.
