Dave, PESI: The 2 waved move in 96 should be viewed as a single move. The top of that move needed to go higher than 3 1/8 but ended up as another lower high. Moving forward in the chart, and drawing the appropriate line I get PESI as a 3 day old MIMBO that must now work on the retest. No telling how long that will take right now but the sooner the better usually. It could be 2 days or 3 months. One verification of this line is seen at the high on 6/2/93. The line from that point and the high on 2/9/93 set up the next 4 years in the chart's overall dynamic up until last week. Doug R
