Thanks Bond, I read the 8-K Friday on free edgar. Four million + in Darlington revenues, for 1.0 million BNGO shares is quite accretive to our revenues/ share. I also noted the BOD will be expanded to 7, I think.

Re: Clarification on 8-K

The 8-K filed Friday regarding the Darlington acquisition incorrectly identified Michael Mims as an owner/operator. This is not true. The Harrison brothers were the sole owners/operators of Darlington. Obviously, Michael Mims and the Harrsions (and all of us) are now on the same team going forward. I guess next time I'll go back to writing the 8-K's instead of our lawyers...jto
