No idea, he seems to think having it in print to back up what was said in the Internet is most important. Or, its just some jibberish and part of a tirade with no follow through. Its the follow through on the tirade that matters, because its stated in writing what he stated on SH in a rant. When you file with an agency that can invoke damages like the OSC, then their is intent on the part of the complaintants to inflict harm, not just in words but in damages as well. All based on a "criminality comment" No idea whats going on, but we will be busy this winter. So if I understand this correctly. I can say HooterHanna, yur a criminal. You may or may not take that as a serious comment. However if I say, HooterHanna, yur a criminal and I have filed so with the OSC under file number XXXX with the intent of proving you are a criminal. Things change very quickly. Especially when I then follow it up with. SGS RPA a BOD, internal investigations by ZEN etc etc etc.

From the Chief to HooterHanna: He says that we need to see the submission to know what to file for. To assume that what was said on SH is the same as what was said in the complaint is not logical because it would be a guess as to accuracy. from HooterHanna at 8/19/2015 5:25:16 PM Then you've lost the chance to sue for libel, which based on what little I've heard here is the main tort. Maybe he has something else in mind. Anyways, good luck.HH It's time for Chief to let it go and move on. I don't think Chief should ever have access to that OSC file. If the OSC starts releasing flies to a person who was the subject of a complaint that would set a very bad precedent. If Chief wants to sue then do it based upon that public information he has been ranting about for months now. He's starting to sound not too smart. Most readers here and at Stockhouse wouldn't have even known about the dispute between Chief and LT but that has changed because Chief has been posting about a dispute for months now. Nobody else cares Chief so take your dispute private and spare readers any more of your rants. Thanks. Looks like KARMA is back at ya Chief. I'M LUVIN IT!
