This is a bit nuts. I tried to buy some more TCPI today, so I put in a bid for 1,189 shares at $2.62, just to see what would happen.

TD says I bought 1 share at $2.62.
Then I bought a 2nd share at $2.62.
Then I bought 100 shares at $2.62.
Then I bought 6 shares at $2.62.
Then I bought 1 more share at $2.62

So I've gotten 109 shares today. The price has moved up and is now about $2.77, so I may not get any more.

Who the hell is out there selling 1 share lots?
