Ron: I showed all the public info, that I had laying around, to a litigator buddy of mine, who does wall street type cases, and he guessed that AVNT was toast or they would have settled with CDN rather than risk everything on Judge Whyte

Ron thanks for the information on AVNT.
Looks like today they have an announcement about some future
breakthrough (their word not mine) product; desperation
seeping in.
This may kick the price up somewhat today.
