Doug,
No, I can't seem to specify anything like what you can do in parity for stochastics (ie no exponential %d method) I only get to choose period & MA, then the second MA. The moving averages can either be exponential or simple. that's all the choices I get in tc2000.
I noticed the differences between our readings as well on a few occasions. I think i'll have to bring up some charts in parity and start comparing them. APCO is one that I see lower lows in the 14,8,8 stochastics which you obviously don't.

Thanks for the input on NVAL -- that one and AAV are in stalk mode. I'm looking for 6 1/2 w/volume for NVAL. Have the same buy point on AAV as you do (duh...)
PESI & MICG are the other two I like from my list combined with Sergio's FA, though NVAL is clearly the best.

Could you take a look at CNTO when you have the chance as a short sell? Ocote and I have been discussing it and we both see it as a great short; ocote mentioned demark's retracement that predicts it going back to 23, and then 6 if it falls through that point.
Was wondering what you thought, and also how much risk is still left in a short position at this point.

thanks!
(gotta go to bed now, will be back tomorrow! want to thank you again for such a great learning experience at your seminar...the stuff you teach is amazing; i feel so much more empowered now in being able to tell good charts from bad ones. mimbos and ils are strokes of genius.)
