GTW does not have DELL's manufacturering model. CPQ does not have it either. If CPQ took over GTW , I think Waite will be gone with his money. The merger could be messy. There is a lot of product overlap that would need to be eliminated. It is hard to say what this would do to CPQ stock price. But I expect CPQ stock price to rise anyway. Perhaps to $75-80/share.

CPQ has a mixed model marketing and manufacturering and service now. I expect their administrative expenses to go up while DELL's continues to decline.
