Dave, Ocote and Ivan (the 3 shortketeers),

As you might have geussed, MSFT is above the IL. It gapped up over the IL (Twilight Zone music plays in the background) on 4/17/97. The value of the IL is now at 124. The accelerated trendline is now at 64. Any questions?

Good call on MSFT Dave--am enjoying the drop. Was stopped out quickly on INTC at 71, and holding CPQ, FDX. CNTO bounced up a bit and now looks like in for a continuing drop.

Best wishes

Ocote

We talked about head and shoulder formations that break up instead of down.

I note DOW had a H & S in December that was broken upward on tremendous volume on Friday. I wonder if the quote I see is correct. I don't think blue chips are your cup of tea, but I'd like to see how some of these H& S resolve over the next week or so. Seems like some will break down into good shorts, others will be great longs.
