My point exactly. Or was it in the prospectus presented to new investors that the proceeds of the issue would be used a few months later to buy the stock back at a much lower price? How does this differ from you or me shorting the stock on July 25 and then announcing recently that we would be closing out our position "from time to time" in the near future?
