Michael Bidder has decided to eliminate all doubt as to whether or not he can spell: <<Bruce put a potato in it. Any company that would anounce a buyback with venture capital that was originaly raised on the pretex of research and marketing is very unethical. If you do not see this then I doubt your sincerity. Or was it in the prospectus presented to new investors that the proceeds of the issue would be used a few months later to buy the stock back at a much lower price? How does this differ from you or me shorting the stock on July 25 and then announcing recently that we would be closing out our position "from time to time" in the near future?
