Human Life begins at conception That is not a fact, it is just a rhetorical flourish. Life is already present at conception (and before). You don't really think that two dead cells join to form a living cell ? Life began (on this planet at least) about 4 billion years ago and as of today it is still living in many forms. I suspect that the phrase about life's beginning is really an attempt to conflate (confuse) the notion of life with the notion of a soul forming since everyone knows that self awareness certainly doesn't begin with conception. As to twins, it is the exceptions that test the rules.
