It would seem that the cards are stacked against the little guy. And indeed they are. So how can the individual come out ahead?

I still say use valuation to pick what stocks to buy or sell. Then watch price and volume action to decide entry and exit points. The insiders are going to use the fundamental data and news to make money so the more we can get into their heads, the better off we will be in maximizing short term profits.

Fenton will continue to spew fundamental bull about JBIL and other companies just like the wall street analysts do. He is just more transparant at it, and perhaps a lot more honest in saying what market position he is taking.

Don't get discouraged when others question your wisdom or knowledge. They are really questioning Ney's. Our job is to make money for ourselves. The teachings of Ney, Buffett, and others are just tools for us to use in developing our own style.
