too busy ignoring real science and hiding behind fallacious arguments and appeals to emotion.... Hmmm, I've been curious about how the anti-abortion arguments have been evolving the few years. That line is a classic Karl Rove construct ,I assume you read that line of attack or heard it in a sermon. Basically you find the weak spots in your position and apply it to your opponents. It's most famous incarnation was the "Swift Boating" of John Kerry. Actually, Lee Atwater began that technique, but Rove, his disciple , perfected it. I've been more interested in the way you and B conflate "life" and "soul". I think that is more an argument used to keep your own coalition together, since liberals have an expansive definition of "life" and few people believe in a "soul" anymore.
