Roger - GORBY????? Given that Gorbachov pulled out at the last second from standing up for Y2K in front of Rep Horn's sub-committee, I really don't think he is serious leadership material. I guess he and his cronies did such a good job managing USSR that he's a shoe in to manage a worldwide problem. Isn't this the way of senior management? You get fired... err, you take your golden parachute... for driving a company into the ground & then get hired at a far bigger benefits package at the next outfit. Gil Amelio's exit package from Apple was something like $9+ million! This talk of Gorbachov for Y2K Tzar is total bs!
