OXHP increasing premiums for elderly?

Premier,

Interesting note you posting. Do you or anybody know whether OXHP can cancel their contracts with their Medicare/-aid members from their side and force these members to go elsewhere? Would such (rude) procedure by OXHP be theoretically possible? Or do they have to leave it at not signing up new Medicare/-aid members?

Also, what type of charge could OXHP possibly take for restructuring their Medicare/-aid plans? I would expect such extra charge (that is still looming as per Wiggins) means beefing up reserves only. What else would it be? After all, they don't have no assets to write down (like i.a. a steel mill). Just looking for your ideas.

Thomas
