Avant! is very good at smoke screens. Looks like people are forgetting about the $30+ million award in the Silvaco lawsuit, the criminal charges and what appears to me an admission of code theft in Judge Whyte's court. If I recall their attorney's argument against the code theft was that the identical code was not relevant to the overall workings of the software. Not a very strong denial of theft ;-)
